Senior Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and delivery-driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar network infrastructure projects within enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure to Cisco networking technologies, proven experience managing complex infrastructure rollouts, and the ability to drive end-to-end project execution across technical and business stakeholders.
This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise network transformation, data centre deployments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects (multi-million-dollar budgets).
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee enterprise network implementations including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and Data Centre technologies (Cisco environment).
- Coordinate with Cisco partners, system integrators, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Manage cutover planning, migration activities, and site deployments.
- Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and security policies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution proactively.
- Ensure successful project closure, documentation, and post-implementation review.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in network infrastructure delivery.
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in Cisco networking technologies (e.g., routing, switching, SD-WAN, data centre networking).
- Experience managing large-scale deployments across multiple sites or regions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and data centre environments.
- Ability to engage technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.
- Experience working with Cisco partners or within Cisco ecosystem is highly advantageous.
- Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise network transformation projects.
- Financial services, government, or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to cloud networking integration (AWS / Azure connectivity).
- Experience managing cross-border or regional deployments.
Due to quota issue, successful candidate must be Singapore citizen or holding Singapore Permanent Resident status.
