Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product team to confirm project scope and objectives
Coordinate with the technical and QA teams to assess efforts and provide a detailed project schedule and plan
Manage internal and external development teams to execute projects according to the plan
Facilitate meetings, track project status, and provide timely updates to various stakeholders
Analyze, evaluate, and resolve project risks and issues
Provide end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle
Track BAU tasks to optimize platform/system performance
Review progress from daily sessions and drive high-quality output from the development team
Produce management and stakeholder report updates for all on-going projects
Support RFQ/RFP/tender processes and evaluate vendor proposals
Apply industry best practices in project management and collaborate with other project managers to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years&apos experiences in managing digital projects
Bachelor&aposs degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or engineering
Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
PMP or Scrum Master certification
Experience in Agile (Scrum) and waterfall project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent internal and external communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps
