Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense projects. This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale aerospace and defense communication projects.
- Oversee project functions including cost, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects, ensuring compliance with governance and mitigating risks.
- Provide regular project status reports to customers and senior management.
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract preparation and tender processes.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience managing large, complex projects in aerospace and defense communication projects. Project Management certification (PMP, or PMI).
- Proven track record in delivering turn-key projects for the Singapore market.
- Background in systems engineering, skilled at bridging diverse technologies into integrated project outcomes.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and bridging technical and business objectives.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with good collaboration and communication skills.
