SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (M&E FIRE PROTECTION)

Key Responsibilities:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Design and Fire Protection Codes of Practice. - Lead cost quantification and tender management processes. - Manage and execute M&E Fire projects. - Attend site meetings and provide progressive site updates to management. - Ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications and within budget and time schedules. - Manage foreign workers and handle manpower allocation. - Independent, resourceful and demonstrate a strong sense of wondership and commitment to project success.
