Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, executive, and delivery of LED digital screen installation projects
• Lead and manage 3 Project Managers 15 foreign workers, and sub-contractors
• Provide technical oversight on:
• Steel structure design (screen support frames, mounting structures)
• Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Power distribution, cable routing, tray and conduit layout
• Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and method statements
• Coordinate between design, procurement, site installation, testing & commissioning
• Ensure compliance with local authorities requirements, safety regulations, and electrical standards
• Manage project schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
• Oversee site safety, work permits, lifting plans and installation sequencing
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly to meet project milestones

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering:
2. Electrical Engineering / Civil & Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
3. Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant project experience
4. At least 5 years in a senior project leadership role (Project Director/ Senior Project Manager/Engineering Manager)
5. Proven experience in digital signage / large-format screen installation / steel structure works

Technical Competency

Strong knowledge of:

• Steel structure design for outdoor / large LED screens
• Electrical SLD, power distribution, earthing
• Cable routing and layout (tray, trunking, conduit)
• Able to review and challenge designs prepared by engineers or consultants
• Familiar with installation methodology, lifting plans, and site constraints

Manpower & Site Management Experience

1. Experience managing multiple project managers
2. Hands-on leadership of foreign works
3. Familiar with:

• Local building and electrical codes (e.g. SS, IEC, authority submissions)
• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements
• PE / PMP certification is an advantage but not mandatory

• Able to work under tight timelines and high-visibility projects
• Commercial and contract awareness
