Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in project management methodologies and practices, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross functional teams and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

. Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.

. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

. Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).

. Proven experience in managing large scale projects with a budget of $1M or more.

. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.

. Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards.

. Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree preferred.

. 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading cross functional teams.

. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

. Strong understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics.
