Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end AI transformation and digital technology programs, from strategy and planning through implementation and adoption.

- Drive adoption of Generative AI and AI4Dev practices across software development, testing, application management and delivery teams.

- Identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI, AI agents, automation and workflow orchestration to improve delivery efficiency and operational processes.

- Partner with technology, business and product stakeholders to define AI transformation roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.

- Lead multiple technology initiatives across application modernization, cloud migration, automation and AI-enabled delivery.

- Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, KPIs, risk management and reporting mechanisms for transformation programs.

- Manage project budgets, resources, vendors, timelines, dependencies and delivery risks.

- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Application Managers.

- Facilitate senior-management governance forums, Steering Committees and stakeholder workshops.

- Drive Agile delivery practices including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning and continuous improvement.

- Support the modernization of SDLC processes through AI-assisted development, automation and DevOps practices.

- Evaluate and coordinate implementation of AI tools, platforms and enterprise integrations.

- Ensure AI and technology initiatives comply with relevant security, risk, regulatory and governance requirements.

- Work with application teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization, license rationalization and operational efficiency.

- Track business value, adoption, productivity improvements and transformation outcomes.

- Provide leadership and coaching to delivery teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
