As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-value digital transformation initiatives and manage complex delivery lifecycles for regional banking solutions.

• Lead comprehensive project execution and status reporting to ensure timely delivery of large-scale initiatives.

• Implement standardized project management methodologies to maintain high quality, budget adherence, and alignment with user expectations.

• Formulate detailed strategic plans and manage cross-functional teams while identifying resource requirements and navigating potential risks.

• Monitor critical milestones and proactively realign resources to meet evolving customer demands and technical requirements.

• Facilitate engagement with senior stakeholders to communicate project scope, financial health, and governance standards.

skills and experience required.

• Extensive background in managing end-to-end delivery for wholesale or retail banking platforms, including digital channels and payment systems.

• Proven track record in handling significant budgets, ideally between S$10 million to S$25 million, across Agile or Waterfall environments.

• Deep expertise in modern project management tools, resource optimization, and organizational change management techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex compliance and governance frameworks within the financial services industry.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience coordinating diverse teams of business users, technical specialists, and external vendors.
