Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between external customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-border delivery teams
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations, including senior management, department heads, and operational teams
- Manage the full project lifecycle for financial initiatives across loan processing, trading systems, digital channels, and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with remote full function large scale of development team (e.g., China, Malaysia, India or regional centers)
- Manage and coach an onsite team of BAs, SAs, TLs, QA testers, and coordinate with offshore development centers
- Ensure smooth business-IT alignment through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live support
- Drive project governance including status reporting, risk mitigation, change management, and escalation handling
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in project management within banking or financial services
- Proven track record managing multiple project domains, such as:
- Retail or corporate loan systems
- Global trading platforms
- Mobile or digital banking
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence diverse customer stakeholders, including both business and technical users
Skills & Tools:
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models)
- Strong in stakeholder engagement, issue/risk tracking, project documentation
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, and presentation tools
- Business analysis knowledge (requirement gathering, business process mapping) is a strong advantage
Certifications (preferred):
- PRINCE2 or PMP, Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) certification
