Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Work as a project owner and responsible for project planning and execution, managing quality, risks, and timelines across all project phases (planning, development, testing, and launch). Build and enhance project management
- Team Coordination: Organize and lead cross-functional teams to complete project objectives, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments according to project scope.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct competitive market research and collaborate with stakeholders to develop business strategies that help the company maintain its competitive advantage and achieve business goals.
- Data Tracking and Project review: Work closely with business and data analysts to regularly track project performance metrics and conduct project effectiveness analyses.
- Problem-Solving Process Design: Consolidate and design standard problem-solving workflows to support future product development and feature enhancements.
- Product Development Efficiency Improvement: Enhance financial product (e.g.Equities, Fixed income, Funds, CFD or Cryptocurrency) development efficiency and optimize key operational metrics such as registration rate, conversion rate, and churn rate.
- Build and enhance project management framework, ensuring systematic project management and clarity in documentation and record keeping.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital finance or related fields.
- Candidates with PMP certification or Financial Digital Competency Certification are preferred.
- Basic understanding of FX, Commodities, Equities, Fixed income, Funds and Cryptocurrency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a liaison between multiple business units.
- Faster learner with problem solving skills and able to handle projects independently.
- Proficient in preparing presentations and reports, with solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Fluent in English is a plus.
