Senior Project Manager - CRM Applications & AI - Education

Responsibilities:
You will lead a dedicated team of project professionals and business analysts, reporting directly to the Head of IT to drive innovation that yields tangible business results. You will get to own the end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, from AI-driven solutions to CRM to enterprise-wide data systems, ensuring that every project aligns with the strategic vision of operational excellence and student-centric innovation.
In this role, you will get to exercise your strategic muscle by co-creating business cases and defining the success criteria for high-stakes projects. You will navigate a hybrid landscape of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leading cross-functional squads of engineers, data scientists, and security experts. Beyond the technical delivery, you will get to act as a key advisor to senior leadership, balancing the art of persuasion with disciplined control to manage scope, quality, and multi-million dollar budgets. You will also get to mentor and grow your direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and project management.

Requirements:
You will bring your experience of at least 5 to 8 years in managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion. Your background in the education industry, or a similarly complex environment, will be essential as you navigate intricate system architectures, APIs, and data flows. You will bring a proven track record of successful stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders with clarity and confidence. Your deep understanding of project governance, including RAID logs, cost forecasting, and resource allocation, will ensure that delivery remains on track even in the most fast-paced environments.

Nice to haves:
Expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) implementation. Experience with Enterprise CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and a familiarity with modern data environments like Databricks or AWS. Whether you have honed your craft through a PMP certification or through years of on-the-job mastery in a software management environment, you will bring an unwavering commitment to quality assurance, user adoption, and risk mitigation.
