• oversee the full design and construction process for civil projects.
• manage construction activities, meeting client and regulatory standards.
• review designs and ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
• prepare feasibility studies and reports for project planning
• in charge of environmental management, monitoring and submitting reports to authority
• handle tender processes from concept, documentation and award.

knowledge and skills

• bachelor of civil engineering or related studies
• minimum 10 years of project/construction management experience (LTA/PUB)
• understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental management practices
• exposure to end to end construction cycle, tender to completion
