1. Project Planning &Execution

. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and/or government construction projects

. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes

. Coordinate resources from pre-construction through completion and handover

2. Team Leadership &Coordination

. Manage and guide projectteams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, andsupport staff

. Foster collaborationacross internal departments and stakeholders

. Set clear expectations,deliverables, and performance standards

3. Subcontractor &Stakeholder Management

. Manage subcontractors,suppliers, and vendors

. Conduct regular progressmeetings to ensure milestone achievement

. Resolve site issues,technical queries, and coordination matters promptly

4. Tendering &Documentation

. Lead preparation andsubmission of government tenders and procurement documents

. Work closely with QS andconsultants to ensure cost efficiency and compliance

. Manage tenderclarifications and post-submission processes

5. Quality, Safety &Compliance

. Ensure all works complywith design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety requirements

. Support site inspectionsand coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals

. Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical and site-related issues effectively

6. Project Tracking &Reporting

. Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines against actual performance

. Provide regular progress updates to senior management

. Maintain accurate project documentation using project management tools

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry ina project management role

. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, orrelated field
