Job Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic client projects and drive revenue growth through account expansion and new business. You'll manage scopes, budgets, risks, and teams while shaping proposals, leading pursuits, and building executive relationships.

A) Project & Program Delivery (60%)

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream projects (initiation planning execution closure).
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, resources, RAID log run governance (stand-ups, steering).
  • Drive change control, acceptance, and handover to support/CS.
  • Ensure quality: test readiness, documentation, and auditability.
  • Manage vendors/partners negotiate timelines and deliverables.

B) Business Development & Account Growth (40%)

  • Build and maintain executive relationships map stakeholders and decision cycles.
  • Qualify opportunities shape solutions with architects/SMEs.
  • Lead proposals, SOWs, and contract negotiations. Work with CEO on the pricing.
  • Run QBRs and identify expansions, renewals, and cross-sell motions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.

C) Leadership & Enablement

  • Mentor consultants uplift delivery hygiene and margin discipline.
  • Feed market insights to product/leadership refine offerings and playbooks.
  • Contribute reusable templates (plans, SOWs, risk registers, RFP answers).

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in project/program management with direct client ownership 3+ years in business development for services or account growth.
  • Demonstrated P&L/margin accountability and repeatable closing of service SOWs.
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Nice to have: PMP/Prince2/Agile certs domain (IAM/IGA, cloud security) a plus.

  • Commercial acumen: scoping, pricing, term sheets, margin levers.
  • Relationship building: C-level presence, objection handling, value storytelling.
  • Analytical: forecasting, variance analysis, data-driven decisions.
  • Writing: clear SOWs, proposals, status reports.
