Job Description

Client / Account servicing
Events and Exhibitions Project coordination, including sourcing for suppliers and materials
Working on budgeting and quotation
Expected to be on-site for events and exhibitions for setup and teardown (local and overseas)
Coordination with designers, sales, suppliers for production, installation and teardown
Preparation of necessary documentations such as risk assessments and method statement prior to event setup
Highly motivated, resourceful, efficient with a keen eye for detail
Good written and communication skills
Occasional travel is required
Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
Minimum diploma and/or prior experience in the events / exhibition industry is preferred
