Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of HDB projects (e.g. BTO, HIP, MUP), including planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant government agencies (HDB, BCA, SCDF, etc.).
• Ensure site operations comply with HDB regulations, construction schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within cost and scope.
• Review project drawings, resolve technical issues, and oversee submission approvals.
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and audits with stakeholders and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental requirements.
• Manage project reporting, including progress claims, variation orders, and documentation.

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing HDB projects in Singapore.
• Familiar with HDB construction protocols, project submissions, and CONQUAS standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Possession of WSH-related certifications (e.g., BCSS) or Fire Safety Manager is a plus.
