Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to be seconded to our client's office for a 12-month contract, embedded within their team to lead and execute events and activations across the client's portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing and hands-on project delivery; you will be the on-the-ground point person driving projects from concept through execution, while representing amc asia's standard of quality and creativity within the client's environment.

This is a role suited to someone who thrives working independently within a client's ecosystem and is comfortable with frequent travels to support events across the client's various markets.

Client Secondment & Relationship Management

• Be embedded most of the time at the client's office as the primary on-site project management representative from amc asia!.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client's events stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with the client's team, understanding their brand guidelines, internal approval processes, and portfolio priorities.
• Represent amc asia's standards and values while operating within the client's environment.

Event & Project Delivery

• Plan, manage, and execute events and activations for the client, from ideation through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects/ events depending on the client's calendar, ensuring each is delivered on time, within the budget and adhering to the quality standards.
• Coordinate with the internal amc asia's creative, design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects/ events.
• Travel frequently to different countries to support on-ground event delivery across the client's portfolio of markets.

Project & Budget Management

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event/ activation.
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and problem-solve issues that arise on-site or during planning.
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables produced for the client.

Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular status updates to both client and amc asia's management.
• Ensure alignment between client's expectations and amc asia's internal delivery teams, acting as the bridge between the two.
• Flag opportunities to add value or expand scope within the client's relationship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, events, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering events/ activations from end-to end.
• Strong stakeholder management skills (comfortable to operate within a client's office/ culture).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, depending on the client's event calendar.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills; able to work independently while being embedded off-site.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 12 months
• Work Location: Client's office (on-site twice a week), supplemented by travel for events
• Reporting Line: Dual reporting to the client and General Manager of amc asia!
