As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-quality marketing campaigns and activations on time and within budget. It is expected that you possess excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.

Account Management

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and expectations.

Project Oversight:

• Ensure that client projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Maintain a keen eye for quality control and client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop strategic recommendations and initiatives to enhance client success.

Project Management

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of project managers and ensure project coordination and communication across departments.
• Ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and within deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure the highest quality output.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
• Ensure that team projects and tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
• Manage up to four medium to large scale projects (or a combination of small to medium scale depending on project calendar) at any given time excluding pitches that may come in from time to time.

Business Operations

• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across projects
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
• Ensure that all work produced by the team meets quality standards and adheres to company policies.
• Implement quality control processes and procedures as necessary.

Leadership

• Lead, inspire, and coach team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Collaborate with upper management to set team goals and objectives.
• Develop action plans and strategies to achieve team targets.
• Monitor progress toward goals and make adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
• Serve as a liaison between team members and upper management.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
