About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale AI and AIoT transformation programs across enterprise and public sector clients.
This role involves end-to-end project delivery across both Operational Technology (OT) - including on-site deployment and vendor coordination - and Information Technology (IT), covering cloud, data, and application solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT/OT transformation projects, ensuring quality, timeline, cost control, and overall client satisfaction
- Manage both OT (on-site installation, deployment, vendor/partner coordination) and IT (cloud, data, and application solution design) workstreams in an integrated manner
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, and change management with a structured and disciplined approach
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring timely communication and alignment with stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes, templates, and best practices
- Provide insights from delivery outcomes to support business growth and future project opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT, AI, or digital transformation programs
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Exposure to both OT environments (e.g. deployment, vendor coordination) and IT solution delivery (cloud, data, applications) is highly valued
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent project management certifications preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders
