Senior Project Manager (ACMV)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager (ACMV) to oversee and deliver multiple ACMV projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and financial acumen to ensure the successful execution of projects while meeting quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve all project documentation including shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.

Conduct site surveys with customers, consultants, and designers to gather requirements and assess site conditions.

Take full ownership of all site activities, including subcontractor management, site coordination meetings, and quality control inspections.

Represent the company in technical presentations and discussions with clients to address project-related technical matters.

Attend Green Mark and sustainability meetings to ensure ACMV system compliance with environmental and energy-efficiency standards.

Manage all safety-related responsibilities, ensuring project sites adhere to local and company safety regulations.

Control project budgets, oversee project costing, manage claims preparation, submission, and follow-up.

Successfully manage and execute 5 to 6 ACMV projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 10 years experience in ACMV project management, with a solid background in site execution and project delivery.

Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, Green Mark certification processes, and sustainable building practices.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
