Your Role
As project manager, you coordinate mixed-signal projects from the initial idea until their successful implementation in the areas mixed-signal IP modules (On-Chip Sensors, Power Management, Clocking Systems and Integration of various Analogue & Digital IP modules). You are responsible for the information flow towards management and between cross-functional partners and ensure that correct decisions are made.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for project management of mixed-Signal IP modules for our internal customers
- Manage a diverse project team and take ownership to provide mixed-Signal IP modules in time, at cost, with defined functionality and in committed quality
- Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others)with customer stakeholder
- Be in charge of project planning (resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting
- Handle escalation management and customer stakeholder management
- Take care of a close cooperation and interaction with all parties
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
- More than 5 years of work experience
- Project manager: at least more than 2 years of experience in project management (ideally within the semiconductor industry)
- Know-how and interest in Project Methodology Development and strong technical background in electronics
- An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risks in a challenging environment
- The willingness to strive for excellence: think in solutions, improve continuously, execute efficiently
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills
It is an advantage if you have: - A certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI)
- Exposure to automotive standards (ISO26262)
- Experience with complex mixed signal development flow
