Senior / Project Executive (RTO)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out site study to verify the scope of works against actual site conditions
• Assist in the preparation of tender specifications and form of tender
• Carry out daily site supervision for Repairs & Redecoration, Reroofing and Additions and Alterations projects
• Handover projects to clients upon completion
• Assess progress payments due to contractors based on actual work done on site
• Compute variation works by taking-off quantities and site measurements
• Prepare Final Accounts for projects upon completion
• Monitor contractors work progress and performance

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
• Candidates with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or relevant site supervision certification will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site matters.
