Senior / Project Executive (QS)

• Prepare cost estimates.
• Review Schedule of Rates and build up Star Rates.
• Compile six monthly cost information.
• Conduct site study and condition survey.
• Verify progress payments and final accounts.
• Evaluate and verify contractor's final claim of final payment / VOs.
• Prepare variation orders including taking-off quantities and site measurements.
• Prepare and call term contracts tenders.
• Prepare and secure tenders for QS consultancy services.
• Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or other approved qualifications.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Good knowledge in public sector standard conditions of contract and Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Good understanding & interpretation of project specifications and drawings.
• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
