About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Executive to lead integrated campaigns and events across regional markets. You will manage projects end-to-end, leverage AI-driven tools to deliver high-impact client experiences.
Your role is to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of our global rewards program and the management of the event registration platform. You'll ensure operational excellence, drive platform growth, and deliver a seamless user experience across stakeholders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
o You will work with a team to manage database integrity, participants onboarding, claims processing, reporting, and compliance.
o Support the admin team with workloads allocation and implement process improvements.
o Oversee helpdesk, eDM communications, and timely reporting.
o Manage system access, ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
o Define and execute the platform roadmap aligned with business goals.
o Drive product enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement.
o Monitor platform KPIs (uptime, engagement, transactions) and resolve issues promptly.
o Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tech, operations, marketing, compliance).
o Onboard new customers, support adoption, and work with sales/marketing to grow platform usage and revenue.
o Handle billing, vendor invoices, and service agreements.
o Mentor new team members and onboard stakeholders to systems and processes.
