Support the development of AI learning materials or artifacts such as curricula, playbooks, and guardrails that enable teams and stakeholders to become responsible AI practitioners.
Assist in designing and delivering AI enablement programmes, including clinics, bootcamps, train-the-trainer workshops, and champion networks.
Facilitate practical workshops and learning experiences for educators, policymakers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Maintain and continuously improve learning resources to ensure relevance in a rapidly evolving AI and digital landscape.
Drive adoption initiatives by coordinating communities of practice, open office hours, and engagement sessions.
Craft clear and compelling change narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and organisational contexts.
Identify, assess, and address adoption barriers such as people readiness, data security, and operational processes, with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with public agencies, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to support capability-building and transformation outcomes.
1-3 years of experience in programme management, business process improvement, learning & development, or capability building.
Demonstrated interest in and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI tools) able to translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various seniority levels.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proactive, collaborative, and accountable team player with strong follow-through.
Curious and adaptable mindset, with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and digital transformation.
Resilient and flexible in navigating ambiguity and evolving business and technology landscapes.
Experience in education, workforce development, public sector, or consulting environments.
Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and governance considerations.
Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or Agile methodologies.
Ability to leverage data and basic analytics to evaluate programme and process effectiveness.
Certifications or practical experience in training, facilitation, or project management (e.g., Training of Trainers, Agile/Scrum, Prince2).
