Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to support AI capability building and adoption initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups. This role focuses on developing learning resources, facilitating training programmes, and driving engagement to promote responsible and effective use of AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support transformation efforts, enhance user adoption, and contribute to a growing AI and digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a strong interest in AI, learning and development, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Building & Enablement
- Support the development of AI learning materials and artefacts such as curricula, playbooks, and guardrails to enable teams and stakeholders to adopt responsible AI practices.
- Assist in designing and delivering AI enablement programmes, including clinics, bootcamps, train-the-trainer sessions, and champion networks.
- Facilitate practical workshops and learning experiences for educators, policymakers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain and continuously enhance learning resources to ensure relevance in a rapidly evolving AI and digital landscape.
Adoption, Change & Communications
- Drive adoption initiatives by coordinating communities of practice, open office hours, and engagement sessions.
- Develop clear and effective change communication tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and organisational contexts.
- Identify, assess, and address adoption challenges such as user readiness, data security considerations, and operational processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Collaborate with public agencies, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to support capability building and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in programme management, business process improvement, learning and development, or capability building.
- Demonstrated interest in and hands-on exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI tools), with the ability to translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Curious and adaptable mindset, with a keen interest in emerging AI technologies and digital transformation.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.
