Job Summary
You will lead projects and events by independently managing workflows and coordinating with clients and suppliers to deliver seamless event execution. You will apply creative problem-solving and crisis management skills to overcome challenges and ensure impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead project coordination by managing workflows and liaising effectively with clients and suppliers to meet project objectives
Execute event operations to deliver smooth, timely, and high-quality experiences for all stakeholders
Apply crisis management techniques to resolve unforeseen issues promptly and maintain event integrity
Employ creative problem-solving to innovate solutions that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
Communicate clearly in English bilingual proficiency is preferred to support diverse client interactions
Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and late nights, to meet event demands and coordinate off-in-lieu arrangements
Travel as required to support project and event execution across various locations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma qualification
1-2 years of relevant work experience in project or event management
Basic computer skills to support project documentation and communication
Other Information
Salary: $3500 onwards
