Job Description

  • Coordinate quality testing activities of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other departments on financial, technical, and administrative parts of the project.
  • Draft resource plans for projects.
  • Ensure project outcome delivery within schedule and specifications.
  • Evaluate project deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement for project quality.
  • Identify risks throughout the project life cycle.
  • Implement Quality Assurance (QA) procedures in collaboration with QA department.
  • Interpret design drawings and specification plans to identify potential risks and deviations.
  • Lead execution of variation orders in coordination with production.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) pepartment to manage quality of project deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Monitor improvements to project management functions.
  • Monitor project scope, budget and schedule.
  • Perform complex risk assessment.
  • Plan and track implementation of forward measures and ensure final acceptance by client.
  • Propose areas of improvement for resource allocation and usage.
  • Review project and sub-contractor contracts.
  • Review project management outcomes to determine areas of improvement.
  • Support Quality Assurance department in evaluation of warranty claims.
