SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction works for HDB projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules and site requirements.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure that works are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, work procedures and technical documents to ensure proper implementation at site.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials delivery and equipment usage to meet project timelines and targets.
• Attend site meetings, technical discussions and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify site issues, technical discrepancies or construction challenges and propose practical solutions to avoid project delays.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with HDB requirements, workplace safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
• Supervise and guide project engineers, site supervisors and site personnel in their daily duties.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, inspection documents, technical submissions and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, handover procedures and rectification works when required.
• Liaise with the project manager on project progress, work planning, resource allocation and major site or technical issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience, preferable with HDB projects
