Senior Project Engineer

Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing the mould project from customers requirements to final tool approval and delivery.

Job Description

1. Review Customer Requirements

2. Coordinate Mould Design

3. Plan the Mould Fabrication Schedule.

4. Manage Tool Trial and Troubleshooting : Coordinate T0, T1, T2 or later mould trials. Work with toolmakers, designers and QC to analyze problems.

5. Quality and Customer Approval : Ensure the mould and samples meet customer requirements. Coordinate sample submission, measurement reports and inspection documents. Follow up on customer feedback and approval. Ensure final tool condition matches approved drawings and specifications.

6. Engineering Change Control : Manage customer design changes or internal mould modifications.
