About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team full-time. The employee will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex elevator and escalator installation projects.
Job Description
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
- Manage a team of site supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
- Collaborate with clients, architects, main contractors, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues or changes
- Ensure project activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management and clients
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the lift and escalator industry
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven track record in successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of lift installation projects
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, installation processes, and safety standards
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
