SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

.Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work include M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works

.Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram

.Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials

.Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost

. Job site visiting.

.Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements.

.Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients sub-contractors.

.Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.

.Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors.

.Prepare monthly progress report and technical proposals.

.Plan the construction operations according to Project Management Plan.

.Conduct inspections and checking on site works.

.Attend site meetings.

.Good Skill in using of AutoCAD.

.Ability to learn and adapt new procedures quickly.

.Can work independently as well and accomplish reports in time even under pressure.
