Job Summary

Lead and manage civil engineering construction projects by planning resources, resolving challenges, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within safety standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project completion targets efficiently
Identify potential project obstacles and develop independent solutions escalate critical issues with proposed options for management decisions
Execute projects strictly following detailed work programmes and construction drawings, ensuring uncompromised quality and safety standards
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to coordinate site activities and maintain alignment
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering construction
Proactive initiative-taking and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Projects
