Prepare submissions of material sample and shop-drawings for clients and Consultant's review and approval.
Plan, execute and supervise all constructions works at site.
Plan and manage resource mobilization, including manpower, tools and equipment.
Coordinate and supervise installation, testing and commissioning work.
Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on work progress, obtaining approvals and resolving technical issues.
Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct regular QAQC inspections to ensure all completed works meet project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports.
Conduct post-construction survey, combined testing with clients, handing over to clients and demobilisation from project site.
Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards and regulations are met and maintained.
Requirement:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates from other engineering fields with extensive relevant experience in building services will be considered.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in site-based construction.
Familiarity with the regulatory submission process and authority requirements is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
