Senior Project Director

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the successful delivery of major construction projects exceeding $1B in contract value.

. Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery - design, procurement, construction, and handover.

. Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.

. Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.

. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.

. Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.

. Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership.

. Actively participate in tendering and business development for future project pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

. Experience: Minimum 20 years of local/overseas construction experience in large scale civil projects (Bridges, Tunnelling, Deep Excavation, Piling)

. Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a PEB-recognized institution

. At least 8 years as a Project Director with proven track record in full cycle delivery

. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
