Job Description

Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives and design vision.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects deliveries.
Work with the team, architects, and contractors to create unified design solutions and coordinate projects effectively.
Oversee the design development process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring that all design aspects meet the quality standards.
Providing regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or adjustments to the team.
Attend site visits, conduct quality checks, ensure design intent is adhered to.
Prepare and consolidate drawings, project documentation, including reports, specifications review and check drawings
Ensure that all project activities comply with policies and procedures, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the design team, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
