To support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and handling project matter such as schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
To coordinate and liaise with Client's representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
Scheduling of project, implementation, monitoring progress, and exercising site control to achieve smooth progress.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections & details
Review shop drawings and samples prior to submission.
Preparation of Progress Report and feedback on overall performance periodically
Attend regular meetings with Client's Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
