Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are a renovation and exhibition company specializing in commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our renovation projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

. Coordinate and manage renovation / exhibition projects, including timeline, budget, and manpower planning

. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

. Prepare project documentation, including quotations, site reports, progress claims, and handover documents

. Conduct site visits, site measurements, and attend site meetings to ensure work quality and safety compliance

. Monitor project progress and resolve any site issues promptly

. Ensure all works are completed on time and according to client requirements and safety regulations

. Support procurement of materials and scheduling of workers

Requirements:

. Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent

. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience as Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator in renovation, construction, or exhibition industry

. Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations and site operations

. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD will be an advantage

. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

. Able to work 6 days per week and travel to project sites
