Senior Project Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a capable and experienced Senior Project Architect to oversee architectural project development and delivery. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural design, technical detailing , project coordination and construction processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients ,consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design objectives, statutory requirements, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural projects from initial design development through to construction and completion.
• Develop architectural solutions that meet project requirements, functional needs and design expectations.
• Lead coordination among multidisciplinary consultants and project stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications and construction details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage regulatory submissions and liaise with relevant government authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor project progress, construction quality and adherence to approved plans.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve architectural issues arising during construction.
• Oversee contractual matters, including variation assessments, progress claims and project documentation.
• Work closely with clients to manage project expectations ,design requirements and changes.
• Guide and supervise architectural team members to ensure efficient project execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Relevant professional experience in architectural consultancy and project delivery.
• Good knowledge of Singapore's building regulations, authority submission procedures and construction practices.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
