Key Areas of Responsibility
- Own and overdrive Revenue, Margin, Billing, Collection and EACs as per monthly AOP ask from LSS SEA business.
- Provide leadership and MOS to drive Project execution via direct liaison with LSS business leaders, Operations leaders, Sales, Global migration teams, P&E, Sourcing/Factory and Finance to ensure customer's quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded
- Own Financials & Reporting and be the focal point for the assigned projects, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure business KPI's are met or exceeded
- Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction. Support long term customer relationship management and Net Promoter Score improvement.
- Drive measurable financial improvement through world class program execution for Honeywell business including revenue acceleration, Margin & Working Capital improvement
- Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication related to SIOP
- Drive the transformation of SEA LSS project execution, process compliance and continuous improvement in collaboration with SEA Projects Leader, finance, PCO, and business leaders
- Time to time, may need to manage specific Thailand and Indonesia projects on need basis
- Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement
- Provide leadership & mentoring of assigned project personnel, manage their activities, and ensure proper use of Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology and Global Engineering Services

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations
- Qualification and training in formal and systematic methods of program planning, management, and control
- Significant experience working with cross-functional (matrixed) teams engagement
- Ownership and accountability and ability to motivate others
- Integrative problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
- Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)

- Prefer Project Management experience in Pulp & Paper, Sheet Manufacturing, O&G, Energy & Chemicals or Mining & minerals industry automation projects
