We design social and behaviour change campaigns across a broad range of issues including: digital+media literacy, social cohesion, migration, gender equality, social inclusion, mental health, education as well as environmental & biodiversity protection.

The Position: Senior Program Manager

We are currently looking for a Singapore-based Senior Program Manager to manage the on-ground implementation of several new strategic communications initiatives.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the key driver of project implementation. You'll manage activities, collaborate with partners, and ensure everything runs smoothly from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Coordination:

• Lead the overall execution of the project, ensuring alignment with client brief and agreed timelines;
• Act as primary liaison between our clients, our internal teams, and any external parties essential to project implementation;
• Manage internal workflows, team assignments, and progress tracking;
• Facilitate regular alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure all outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Strategy and Program Design:

• In collaboration with other team members, develop fit-for-purpose program strategies and session designs, including agenda creation, activity planning, and resource person recommendations;
• Identify key touchpoints, optimal communication channels, and interactive elements to enhance project collaboration;
• In collaboration with LF's Creative Lead, oversee the creative direction and production of project materials.

Event Production:

• Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and on-site event management as needed;
• Manage vendor sourcing and coordination for event logistics;
• Ensure smooth on-the-ground coordination between different elements of production.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:

• In collaboration with LF's research team, oversee the design of fit-for-purpose monitoring and evaluation frameworks for each project; 
• Oversee implementation of monitoring and evaluation measures appropriate for each project;
• Produce progress reports and contribute to final project evaluations.

Business Development and Relationship Building:

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitches, and early-stage project scoping;
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with existing and potential clients, including identifying opportunities for collaboration during exploratory conversations;
• Participate in client meetings and relevant events to build and strengthen LF's presence and networks;
• Translate client needs into clear, well-scoped project concepts, in collaboration with other team members.

Qualifications & Skills

You will be an excellent multi-tasker who is used to working across a variety of work streams at any given time. You will be extremely organised and able to independently manage your own time, workflow and scheduling in order to meet deadlines, while building & maintaining strong relationships with Love Frankie's diverse partners.

You will ideally have:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within social impact, events, or creative sectors
• Proven ability to run multi-stakeholder projects with both online and offline components
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate across functional teams
• Experience in event production and facilitation, including working with vendors and creative partners
• Based in Singapore
• Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian language skills are an advantage
