Senior Program Manager

We are partnering with a leading global technology services provider supporting one of the world's largest hyperscale technology environments.

Due to continued growth across the APAC region, they are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes supporting a global hyperscale customer. This is a highly visible regional role, responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Backbone, Edge and Data Centre environments while working closely with engineering, operations and global delivery teams.

You'll play a key role in aligning regional priorities with global programmes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring large-scale infrastructure projects are delivered successfully across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, governance and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes across the APAC region.
• Partner with Backbone, Edge and Data Centre teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage programme dependencies.
• Develop programme roadmaps, project charters, resource plans and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical, operational and regional requirements are incorporated into programme delivery.
• Track programme milestones, monitor progress against delivery plans and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful programme outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, providing regular programme updates, executive reporting and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate geographically distributed teams across multiple countries, balancing competing priorities and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimisation and best practice programme management.
• Utilise project management and AI productivity tools to improve programme visibility, reporting and delivery efficiency.

About You:

• 8+ years experience delivering complex programmes or large-scale projects within network infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programmes involving engineering, operations and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure environments, ideally including Backbone Networks, Edge Infrastructure and Data Centres.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate geographically distributed teams without direct line management responsibility.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet or similar.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini, Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance programme delivery is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are highly regarded.
