Korn Ferry Academy is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a highly visible role engaging with external corporate clients, program participants, faculty, internal teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-driven service environment. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for both the strategic management and seamless delivery of learning programs, ensuring high standards, industry relevance, and an exceptional learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Design & Delivery

  • Lead the design, development, and updating of programmes to ensure they remain relevant, high-quality, and aligned with KFAs mission and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with curriculum experts and faculty on content, pedagogy, and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of programmes, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Act as the operational lead before, during, and after each programme, resolving issues quickly and ensuring a seamless learner and client experience.
  • Support enrolment marketing by coordinating campaigns, creating content, analysing effectiveness, and partnering with Business Development to nurture prospective leads.

Stakeholder & Learner Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for programme participants, providing timely updates, guidance, and support throughout their journey.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, faculty, and partners, ensuring alignment of expectations and outcomes.
  • Develop external networks with alumni and industry professionals to enhance programme impact and relevance.

Quality, Compliance & Strategic Impact

  • Collect and analyse programme outcomes through feedback, learner performance, and completion data to assess effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing refinements to content, delivery, and learner support.
  • Evaluate programme alignment with KFAs strategic priorities, including employability outcomes and industry relevance.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on programme progress, challenges, and impact to inform decision-making.
  • Manage budgets responsibly and ensure compliance with Korn Ferry policies, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards.

Professional Experience/Qualifications.

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline, 5+ years experience in managing complex programme management/ projects.
  • Background in corporate learning, training delivery, higher education, or professional development.
  • Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, learner support services, programme promotion or lead nurturing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in professional settings.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who also thrives independently.
