Your new role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale capital and digital transformation portfolios across global pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for orchestrating multi-site programs, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution across regulated environments.
- Lead and govern enterprise-level capital and digital transformation programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of MES, SCADA, DeltaV upgrades, and Paperless Manufacturing initiatives
- Drive cross-site coordination across APAC, EU, and US stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution and regulatory compliance
- Leverage Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and low-code platforms to enhance reporting, governance KPIs, and portfolio visibility
- Explore and apply AI-powered project optimization tools, including chatbots and automation, to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Continuously improve reporting and decision-making using digital tools and automation.
What you need
- At least 13+ years of experience in Program / Portfolio Management within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence , Low-code / automation platforms.
- Experience delivering MES, SCADA, DeltaV, and/or Paperless Manufacturing programs
- Proven track record managing large capital and digital transformation portfolios
- Deep understanding of pharma manufacturing operations, compliance, and validation principles
- Expertise in PMO frameworks, governance models, and stakeholder management.
