We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Product Leader with strong domain expertise in Corporate Banking, Payments, and Trade Finance to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end banking platform modernization, digital channels, and API-driven ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs across corporate banking, payments, and trade finance
- Drive delivery of digital banking channels (internet, mobile, API banking) for corporates and SMEs
- Manage program governance, roadmap, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement (CXO level)
- Oversee integration across core banking systems, payment platforms, and lending systems
- Define target operating model, business requirements, and solution architecture
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20022, AML/CFT, regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams for end-to-end delivery
- Drive Agile program execution, release planning, and post go-live stabilization
- Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong domain expertise in:
- Corporate Banking & Lending
- Trade Finance (LC, BG, Supply Chain Finance)
- Payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022)
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation / Core Banking Modernization
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, microservices, cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking, cash management, liquidity solutions
- Experience working with Agile (SAFe), JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and program governance skills
