Analyse and interpret operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimise service levels, efficiency and overall process flows
Develop and prepare regular statistical reports and monitoring tools on project operation performance performance reports, productivity reports, lost orders reports, stuck orders reports etc
Perform reviews of standard operating procedures to streamline and automate operations
Review and analyse room for improvement in tackling top losses
Work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to conceptualise and implement improvements and new processes for SPX operations
Work with cross-functional teams to identify projects opportunities and compile a quantitative business case for support and approval of the project
Manage internal team dedicated to investigate Level 2 Customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Requirements
Degree in Operation Management or Supply Chain is preferred
3 - 5 years working experience in operations, change management, project management, logistics and supply chain preferred
Capable of applying problem solving methodologies to propose corrective action plans, including root cause analysis and preventative measures proposal
Capable of developing and documenting new and existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Proactive and responsible individual that is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with using SQL to extract data and explore patterns
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Able to perform analysis independently and present professionally
Get hands dirty - changing processes requires being on the ground with relevant stakeholders
Strong communication and persuasive skills to communicate change at all levels within the organisation
Flexible and adaptable to change; able to take high-level instructions to develop detailed approach to analytical assignments
Able to work in multiple sites across Singapore, as per required
