Responsibilities:
- Overseeing 40-50 technicians/operators across 3 teams
- Supervised daily production operations including assembly, testing, and First Article builds (FA).
- Planned schedules, assigned tasks, and monitored progress to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Trained and mentored Production Leads and staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshot production issues, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions.
- Coordinated with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Enforced safety protocols, conducted inspections, and ensured compliance with workplace regulations.
- Analyzed production data and maintained accurate reports to track performance and drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Candidates with relevant experiences in semicon industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
