Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist Production Superintendent in managing day-to-day operation of the production line/shift as assigned under his/her charge to meet Quality, Productivity and Efficiency target.

Ensure manpower is properly deployed and utilized
Inspire and motivate workers to meet Company's goals and objectives
Train new workers to achieve better efficiency and improve productivity
To meet the quality target as set in the budget preparation
Authorized to stop production for any abnormality related to Quality issue and report immediately to superior
Enforce good housekeeping and discipline
Educate and enforce compliance with Safe Work Practices to achieve Zero accident
Report immediately to superior if any deviation found

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical
Independent, self-disciplined, pro-active and hardworking
Good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team
No experience required if able to meet the above requirement may apply
