Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 15-20 workers to execute assigned jobs efficiently. Coordinate with main contractors and clients to ensure production schedules and progress meet project requirements. Prepare job costing, quotations, and claims while negotiating effectively to support project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 workers to complete assigned jobs on schedule and to quality standards
- Coordinate with main contractors and clients to communicate production schedules and monitor job progress
- Calculate completed work quantities accurately to support claim preparation
- Prepare and submit detailed job quotations and costing to support project budgeting
- Submit claims and negotiate with main contractors and clients to resolve issues and secure approvals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with piping system expertise
