Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and supporting the after-sales service needs of our customers. In addition, he/she will support and help manage the customer service department to meet its key performance indicators, including customers satisfaction and revenue generation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site and remote technical support for Enetek's solutions across:
. DC Power Systems (Rectifiers)
. UPS Systems
. Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
. EV Charging Infrastructure
. Data Center & Telecom Power Systems
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
3. Take full ownership of after-sales service, including installation support, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
4. Respond to customer issues with urgency, ensure timely attendance and resolution in line with service level expectations.
5. Act as the frontline technical representative, engaging directly with customers to understand issues, provide solutions, and build confidence in Enetek's capabilities.
6. Prepare clear and detailed service reports, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recommendations for system improvements.
7. Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to escalate complex issues, validate solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.
8. Support site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and system handovers where required.
9. Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
10. Provide technical feedback from the field, including recurring issues, product performance, and customer insights to improve product reliability and service quality.
11. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional conduct, responsiveness, and technical competence.
12. Support regional service activities as required, including travel to customer sites across Singapore and other markets.
